Thirty-Second Southern Africa Regional Climate Outlook Forum (SARCOF-32) was held in Mbabane, Kingdom of Eswatini, from 28 to 30 January 2026. The Forum brought together climate experts from across the SADC region to produce a consensus rainfall outlook for the February–March–April, March–April–May, and April–May–June seasons.

The outlook covers the February to June 2026 period, capturing key seasonal transitions across the region, including the shift from summer rainfall to winter dry conditions, the β€œlong rains” in bi-modal rainfall areas, and the onset of winter rainfall in the south-western parts of southern Africa.
